Kate Barrow, LCSW, and Mayowa Obasaju, PhD, have been collaborators since 2013, and co-owned Barrow & Obasaju Consulting from 2017 to 2026. Together, we designed and implemented anti-oppressive organizational initiatives with nonprofits, mental health programs, and mission-driven organizations across New York City and nationally.

In 2026, we closed the consulting practice but remain collaborators.
